On 5/15/12 at 2:35 p.m., Marcus L. Wright, 42, of 622 Winton St., Syracuse, NY was arrested at the PCS for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following an incident at the facility when during a search, he was allegedly found to have marihuana. Mr. Wright pled guilty at this time and remained in the facility.

On 5/19/12 at 3:10 a.m., Amanda M. Smith, 22, of 41 E Seneca Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI, Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1%, AUO, 1st degree (suspended on 2/9/12 due to DWI prosecution), a class E felony and Failure to Keep Right following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Scriba after she was allegedly crossing the yellow center lines. Ms. Smith was released on UTT's, returnable to the Town of Scriba on 5/31/12.

On 5/20/12 at 11:48 p.m., Susanne M. Gugula, 24, of 201 Danforth St. Apt. 2, Syracuse, NY was operating a 1998 Ford suburban south on CR 11 in the Town of West Monroe, 1.5 miles south of Breckmeimer Rd., when the vehicle reportedly traveled off the west side of the road, overcorrected and came back onto the roadway, then rolled over onto the left side of the vehicle where it came to rest. Ms. Gugula was issued UTT's for Crossing Hazard Markings, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and AUO, 2nd degree, returnable to the Town of West Monroe Court on 6/4/12. Driver inattention and cell phone use seem to have been contributing factors.

On 5/21/12 at 11:59 a.m., Tiffany J. Furlong, 23, of 1024 CR 3, Hannibal, NY was arrested at the PSC for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred on 5/11/12 in the Town of Hannibal when she called the victim's phone over thirty times causing the victim to fear for their safety. Ms. Furlong was issued an appearance ticket with a date of 5/22/12 to the Hannibal Town Court.

On 5/21/12 at 11:00 a.m., Dean J. Pieropan Jr., 23, of 453 Middle Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba Court. Mr. Pieropan was turned over to the Oswego City PD for further processing.

On 5/21/12 at 9:20 a.m., Alicia M. Small, 45, of 182 Tubbs Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree(suspended on 11/9/11 for failure to pay fine in Ontario County) stemming from a possible disabled vehicle at the intersection of SR 104 and Keefe Rd. in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Small was released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of New Haven Court on 5/31/12.

On 5/21/12 at 10:24 p.m., Rodney F. Leggett Jr., 46, of 13 Woodland Drive, Fulton, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Hannibal in which he allegedly stole a bicycle. Mr. Leggett was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 6/5/12.

On 5/21/12 at 9:18 p.m., William J. Jenner, 51, of CR 26 Bldg. 170, West Monroe, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI; Drinking Alcohol in MV on Highway and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following an incident in the Town of West Monroe in which he was reportedly observed driving his pick up on CR 26 after an earlier incident at a business in the Town of Constantia when he allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute. Mr. Jenner was arraigned in the Town of West Monroe Court by Hon. Judge Inman and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1500 bond with a return to court date of 6/4/12.

On 5/21/12 at 2:37 p.m., James H. Steen, 70, of PO Box 788, Mexico, NY was operating a 1999 Chevrolet suburban west on CR 64 in the Town of New Haven, 1/10 mile west of Green Rd., when he reportedly attempted to pass an International Tractor, registered to the Oswego County Highway Dept. that was mowing along the north shoulder of the roadway and skidded into the tractor striking the rear left tire due his reaction to a vehicle in the oncoming lane of traffic. Mr. Steen was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.

On 5/06/12 at 1:45 p.m., Deborah A. Yonkers, 59, of 315 Dutch Ridge Road, Oswego, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended with two scoffs on two dates: on 4/07/12 for Failure to Pay a Fine in the City of Oswego and on 11/21/11 for failure to Pay a Fine in the Town of Granby), and Operation While Registration Suspended (registration suspended 2/02/12 for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on CR 4 in the Town of Scriba after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle. Ms. Yonkers was issued traffic tickets returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 5/17/12 and released to a third party.

On 5/18/12, Cynthia D. Beauvais, 24, and Shauntel L. Beauvais, 22, both of 506 Cable Road, Williamstown, NY, along with Shannon M. Beauvais, 25, of 6 Chinook Lane, Altmar, NY, and Nicole Peck, 24, of 9 Chinook Lane, Altmar, NY, were each arrested for Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony, and Conspiracy, Fifth Degree, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from the investigation into a theft that occurred at the Wal-Mart store located in the Town of Granby on 4/17/12. Each of the women was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Granby Court on 6/04/12. The group is accused of taking two shopping carts full of merchandise valued at over $1,000 from the store without paying for it. While placing the merchandise in a vehicle, and asked to stop by the store manager, some of the merchandise was left behind in the carts along with one of the perpetrator's purse and identification.

On 5/18/12 at 12:30 p.m. Raymond C. Auringer, 37, of 126 Richardson Road, Parish, NY, was taken into custody based on a bench warrant issued by Town of Scriba Court, charging him with Criminal Contempt, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Auringer was arraigned before the Hon. Douglas Crouse, Town of Scriba Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $205 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 5/24/12.

On 5/19/12 at 2:36 a.m., Clinton S. Smith, 31, of 1103 CR 48, Richland, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, following a traffic stop on Main Street in the Town of Richland. The traffic stop was initiated based on am investigation into an unrelated matter. Mr. Smith was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Richland Court on 6/06/12.

On 5/19/12 at 11:00 a.m., Scott D. Reynolds, 43, of 1484 CR 8, Fulton, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Second Degree (license revoked on 10/15/01 for DWI, on 10/28/98 for DWI, two Suspension on 4/23/95 for Failure to Answers Summons Town of Van Buren, Suspension on 4/25/94 for DWAI, and Suspension on 7/13/93 for DWAI), and Transporting Loose Cargo in a Truck or Trailer Without Cover, following a traffic stop on CR 8 in the Town of Granby. Mr. Reynolds was released on tickets returnable to Town of Granby Court on 5/28/12. Mr. Reynolds had been observed transporting metal in the bed of his truck that was piled higher than the bed walls.

On 5/19/12, Stuart U. Spurrell, 47, of 111 County Road 5, Mallorytown R4, Ontario, Canada, was operating a 2005 motorcycle southbound on US Rt. 11 in the Town of Sandy Creek at 2:32 p.m. when he lost control 5/10 of a mile south of Miller Road. The bike went off the west side of the roadway and down, ejecting the operator. Mr. Spurrell was transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. A mechanical problem appears to have been a contributing factor in the incident with the back tire reportedly locking up.

On 5/19/12 at 4:00 p.m., David A. Lopez-Gomez, 35, of 149 E. Pennywood Ave., Roosevelt, NY, was detained by a member of the US Border Patrol and subsequently turned over to a member of the Oswego County Sheriff's Office based on a bench warrant held by the New York Police Department (NYPD) charging him with Fugitive From Justice. Mr. Lopez-Gomez was arraigned before the Hon. Michael Sterio, Town of Oswego Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility where he awaits extradition.

On 5/19/12 at 8:22 p.m., Renee L. Barbera, 49, of 18 Merklin Lane, Oswego, NY, was arrested for Identity Theft, Second Degree, a class E felony. Ms. Barbera was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Granby Court on 6/11/12. Ms. Barbera, who lived in the Town of Granby at the time, is accused of opening a credit card account without the victim's permission on 8/17/10 and causing it to go into collections for an unpaid balance, which was discovered when the victim applied for a loan in May of 2012.

On 5/19/12, J. Rodriguez-Reyes, 25, of 6908 Thrid Ave, Floor 2, Brooklyn, NY, was operating a 1999 Honda suburban northbound on CR 6 in the Town of New Haven at 10:53 p.m. when he collided with a westbound 2003 Ford suburban driven by Kavin M. Attaway, 30, of 1422 N. State Street, Syracuse, NY. The incident occurred at the intersection of SR 104 when Mr. Rodriguez-Reyes reportedly failed to yield the right of way to the westbound suburban. The impact caused the Honda to rotate and come to rest facing west. Mr. Rodriguez-Reyes, his passenger, Monica Y. Javier-Pina, 20, and Mr. Attaway were all transported by ambulance to the Oswego Hospital. Mr. Rodriguez-Reyes was issued a ticket for Failure to Yield Right of Way at an Intersection.

On 5/20/12 at 7:37 p.m., Devin D. Kellar, 19, of 56 Junior Ave., Fulton, NY, was arrested based on a warrant issued by Fulton City Court charging him with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Fifth Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Kellar was arraigned before Town of Granby Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear before Fulton City Court on 5/30/12.

On 5/20/12 at 9:00 p.m., Kyle R. Wood, 18, of 2082 CR 2, Richland, NY, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breaching/Blood Circulation and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors, after he was accused of choking a female victim under the age of 17 during an argument that occurred at his residence on 5/19/12 Mr. Wood was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges before Town of Orwell Court on 5/30/12.

On 5/21/12 at 2:08 a.m., Andrew R. Wills, 39, of 4320 Church St., Mexico, NY, was charged with Trespass, a violation, after a Town of Hastings resident found him underneath the rear deck of his home. Mr. Wills was detained by the homeowner and turned over to a Sheriff's Deputy. Mr. Wills reportedly attempted to flee the property twice while being detained by the homeowner. Mr. Wills was arraigned before Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Hastings Court on 5/30/12.
